1. Your stomach is afraid:  

            (When you're not having breakfast in the morning.)

2. Your kidneys are in panic :

            (when you fail to drink 10 glasses of water in 24 hours.)

3. Your gallbladder is scared:

             (when you're unable to fall asleep by 11 p.m. and get out of bed as soon as the sun rises.)  

4. Your small intestine panics:

             (when you eat cold and stale food.)  

5. Colon panic :

            (when you eat too much fried and spicy food.) 

 6. Lungs are scared :

            (when you live in a toxic atmosphere of smoke, dust and beedis and cigarettes.) 

 7. Liver is scared :

            (when you eat too much fried, junk food and fast food. )

            (when you eat foods high in salt and cholesterol. )

            (when you eat lots of sugary foods that are readily available and delicious. )
